Update to Invoice and Packing Slip (NEW LAYOUT) 23 Aug 2005 contribution.

added the website & email address of the shop in header of Invoice and Packing Slip.

Full package with french translations
Quick and easy :-)

I have made small changes to the layout of the invoice and delivery note...

In particular, making sure that everything lines up, and is spaced correctly...

The delivery note layout has been changed to include just products and quantities.

You will need to change the footer text to suit your shop as I have commented out the last section of the footer.

This is just a very small fix for INVOICE PDF.

-- Bug:
When selecting Invoicelayout and then choosing another setup item (e.g. "barcode"), the title disappears,
because no configuration group was installed.

-- Fix:
Run either GERMAN or ENGLISH SQL file. The configuration group will then be installed.

Sorry forgot to say that the last file uploaded is not the full package,

Install the second last one from the bottome then install the new invoice and packing slip by me should you want to.

Hi,

I have taken the invoice.php file from below and edited it. I needed it to print properly onto my letterhead paper so I have removed th estore logo and address. Please not because I dont charge TAX this invoice.php will not display it.

I have also created a packing slip from the invoice.php file. Again this was made to fit onto my letterhead paper so the address and store logo will not be visable.

If you have installed the previous versions of this file just overwrite them by dropping these two files into your /catalog/admin folder.

Needed a packing slip to send to the the people who fullfill my orders, so I modified the invoice.

If you have installed as below, just replace the packing slip.php under admin to get a pdf packing slip.
