I just done some corrections to the addition by Noppie.
This is a txt file only
I uploaded this and keeped getting the 404 file not found error.
I did a google searched and found the answer.
I thought I would add the answer here for others that may have the same problem.
good luck and use at own risk.. back up --BACK UP.

Updated fckconfig.js to use the php FCKConfig.LinkBrowser, and FCKConfig.ImageBrowser since the original default configuration was for asp which did not function in OScommerce just php.
File edits to enable FCKeditor in the 2 contributions below:
