Modify tep_db_query Logging - more useful data
for osCommerce Online Merchant v2.2

This contribution is a simple 1 file, 1 cut-n-paste modification to stock osC code that will log only long executing queries to file.

I hate to call this a contribution...so, instead it's a hack :-)
