kleine Änderung bei german.php und english.php

Link zu den Versandkosten ist im Code falsch.

beinhaltet v1.5.2 und somit alle anderen vorherigen Versionen.

DIESE VERSION IST FÜR RC2.2 !!( Funktionsdefinition im Vgl. zu RC2.1 anders !)

ZWECK:
bei "show prices with tax" = 'false'
wird angezeigt "[zzgl. x% MwSt + Versandkosten]
"

(statt wie vorher fälschlicherweise auch"[inkl. x% MwSt zzgl. Versandkosten]")

Änderungen gegenüber 1.5.1:
- Keine Angabe von "[inkl. 16% MwSt zzgl. Versandkosten]" in der Bestätigungs-E-Mail. (checkout_process.php)
- Keine Angabe von "[inkl. 16% MwSt zzgl. Versandkosten]" auf dem Weg zur Kasse bei der Auflistung der Artikel. (checkout_confirmation.php)

Kleine Änderung wegen 2 Fehlern:

- einmal eine Klammer zuviel
- einmal falscher Dateiname

This is the Tax Info version 1.5 package. Full Version with included v1.0 - 1.4

Another file has been forgotten to change - product_listing.php

Dies behebt den Fehler bei den Optionen mit Preis. Es wird dann nicht mehr das HTML für: [inkl. 20% MwSt zzgl. Versandkosten] innerhalb der Listenfelder angezeigt wodurch die ziemlich lang wurden. Version 1.2 muß installiert sein damit es funktioniert. Die Anleitung für Version 1.2 ist enthalten.

In the extension Tax info. 1,1 was forgotten a file, which is to be likewise adapted.
