Thanks to Garret for feedback on the contibution. It was not complete. Now it is.
Lets the new product field be viewed as a sortable column in the product listing box.
Also, added the correct code to permit easy populate to work when globals is turned off in the php.ini file.
Lets see what we have here update... added new fields to this feature.
When a category or manufacturer is selected the 'Lets see what we have here' feature lists all products by category or manufacturer. It will now show all the additional product fields in this product list.
Am working on New Products.. new installment imminent.
The latest update by stuart Lawrence, shows how to perform a search on the new fields and display the search results. For instance, entering 'Elvis' into the quick search (or advanced search) text box will find all rows in the database where Elvis is in the products_artist field.
