Changed image src's so that they show even if oscommerce is not your root dir.

Also improved the flag images

The following issues have been fixed;

- You can now return to English after selecting a different language.

- You can now switch between languages without the Google Error.

I changed the link a bit so the correct page gets sent to google to get translated.

I've changed the structure of this file so that it doesn't build a nested table and matches more accurately the osCommerce structure. I've also made the flags flat without a shadow so that they will work across all store backgrounds and replaced the US flag with a UK flag for the English language translation. Finally, I changed the name of the file to google-languages.php so that installing this modification doesn't write over the default package.

Instructions included; an extremely simple modification to add to any site.
