Dreamweaver Codehints - MS2 API

This contribution adds 113 osCommerce functions to the codehint library for Macromedia Dreamweaver.

NOTE: none of the class methods are included but can easily be added if enough interest is presented.

I have used a file comparison program and migrated this to be compatible with Macromedia Dreamweaver 8.

Simple replacement of the default stock codehits.xml file located
