Updated the files to be uploaded to ST to the latest version on their website.

Ive removed the switch and replace it with Maestro as per MasterCards regulations. That is all ive done thouh :)

A few minor secuirty tweaks, making amount verifying and callback hostname verifying as user selectable options in the Admin tool.

This is because some web servers experience problems with this.

Now MS2.2 compatible!

Integrates with the SecureTrading STability payment gateway. Note this is the simple version - not the more advanced STability Server which uses an XML Payment Client.
