A very popular french payment system is called "contre remboursement". it is a postal system of payment, at fixed charge, making it possible to send the products against refunding at reception.
This contribution is only a package with a duplicate cod.php called contremb.php and a ot_fixed_payement_chg_update pre-configure for the "contremb" module and updated.

The order total module included inside this contribution is very useful and works for all payment modules, not only the "contremb", so
I made a separate contribution of it. I also updated it to really work with tax class and Credit Class.
