I made this addition to the ipdisplay contrib.

IP address is now displayed in the following places.

Order Conformation.
Order History
Conformation Email.

It should be simple to add the IP info to the admin
All credit goes to the original author.

Replacement of checkout_confirmation.php.

Mod will show the users IP address on the checkout page.

Displaying a users IP address will hopefully put off anyone trying to use a stolen creditcard.

Tested on M2.2 and Internet Explorer.

Future release will hopefully store the IP address in the database.
