Traduction files for member Approval 1.7

Complete Package

In this version of member approval, the customer receives an email in his native language.
THe addition to application_top.php is deleted, so no changes anymore to this file. Two language files are added, which

have to be added to the admin site. A little piece of code is added to the members.php, which causes the script to change

to the language of the customer.

This add - on has been made by zrxRaver, so all credit goes to him. Thanks!

This is a complete package.

I hope that this is the right place to be putting this. But I created this mod to make it easier to review customer information before approving them.

Repackaged entire contribution to only 1 zip file so you don't have to hunt down 2 or 3 different files

I just added a section on adminfilenames.php because my install did not work
until i added some code there. I think i have a newer release or snapshot but
either way, i had to make that small addition, so i thought i would pass it along.
I take no credit for the original code, but highly reccomend it, its been a wonder
for me, thank you to the original author!

Please note that this file is NOT the full application and is only a replaced Readme file.

and replace the README file with this one.
