Version 1.0 - This is an embarrassing simple hack of the Store Pickup Module originally by dion and mike to allow local delivery to be an option in the customer's Shipping Selections. It allows a store customer to request local delivery and allows you, as store owner, to set a Delivery Charge for this service. Also, you can create a Zone entry that will restrict visability of the module to only those in that zone (state, city, county, whatever). Many thanks to dion for the SPU module. I've installed the last ChristofVT's modification wich was posted on 22 Apr 2006 and understood that this module is for good.
I looked throwout the contribution and found that it's enable to add this delivery method for some zip codes only.
Actually it wasn't for me so, and I realized that I should change this zip enable delivery to City enable delivery.
So, this is the same package as posted ChristofVT but with City enable delivery!

- delivery costs can be based on weight or price and can be entered similar to ie. the table rate module.
- dutch language added
Just added ability for you to set the maximum distance which you will travel for local delivery.
The max distance is also displayed to customers so they know you are not going to travel 100 miles just to deliver a $20.00 order for example. LOL

Hi, I made the local delivery module to be able to include tax. Since this service is sometimes taxable. It is my first contribution. I checked it and seems to work OK, but I cannot garantee anything.
As a bonus I included the French translation as well.
All pending issues mentioned in 1.3 resolved.
Many countries such as Canada use letters in the postal codes. This poses a problem because if the user enters a lower case letter and you enter an uppercase letter, the comparison won't work. This version fixes that.
There is still an outstanding issue that needs to be fixed. Some users add a space in Canadian postal codes and some don't. Code needs to be added to properly compare the postal code the user enters and the one you enter... regardless of who enters a space. Also the code I added is sloppy because it forces you to enter uppercase letters. My code needs to be fixed also. Can you tell I'm not a programmer. :o)
Added selection of post codes (city codes) where this delivery is possible, it will not show up if the delivery is not in a selected city of the selected zone.
Leave field empty to accept all cities (= v1.1 behaviour)

The following option was added to the configuration: Allow a Minimum Order Total in order to activate this module.
It allows a store customer to request local delivery and allows you, as store owner, to set a Delivery Charge
for this service and a Minimum Total Order required to activate this module.
