When a country was selected that was not included in the administration settings a quote was given regardless of this fact. I changed it slightly so that now the error appears saying that there is no possibility of shipping to that country. Also added a Dutch translation.

This is a very simple drop-in-and-go type module to configure different zone shipping costs. By default the contribution allows you to have four zones, but that can be increased by changing the value in the code. Each zone is defined by a Comma separated list of two character ISO country codes that are part of Zone. By default the first zone is set to GB.

This shipping module lets you specify the shipping cost for the first item,
then another cost for all additional items. For example, $5 for the first
item plus $2 for each additional item.

Basically, it's a Flat Rate that you specify, plus another Flat Rate for all
items after the first one.

It has two entry fields, one for the first item, one for additional items.
Just type in the rates. Easy!

It also has all the normal options that other shipping modules have, like
"Handling Fee" and "Zones."
