Fixed bug in specials.php, now shows click for price if product is below map. Also fixed bug in catalog/includes/languages/english/call_for_price.php so emailed link will work in outlook express.

Fixed bugs related to special prices. Now when a "special" is defined on a product with a MAP, three things can happen:

If original price AND special price are above MAP, price displays as normal.

If original price is above MAP and special price is below, original price is shown with a strikethrough (as normal) and "click for price" link is displayed.

If both prices are below MAP, "click for price" link is displayed.

Click For Price is a workaround for Minimum Advertised Price restrictions. If your sale price is lower than the Minimum Advertised Price, osC will display a link to an automated system to send an instant price quote via email. Keeps sale price intact for checkout.
