Minor bug fix in 2 files.

Thanks to Tor Olav for finding the bugs.

New , updated admin package in norwegian language. Added a sql file to change the left column under "configuration" into norwegian. Added new admin buttons , and modified the language files to fot osCommerce MS2.2

Changed some text in files:
- checkout_payment.php
- checkout_shipping.php
