The attachment contains a COD module with built-in shipping dependency. Configuration via admin of the COD module: just fill the new field with the list of allowed shipping modules separated by semicollons.
COP module not included here but you can find it as contribution 1041 with same built-in feature.
Only 3 places to modify in module (see "Shipping dependency" inside code), quite easy to modify other modules as well.
