PayPal Fee Charge
for osCommerce Online Merchant v2.2

This mod creates a added fee for PayPal payments.

The fee can either be added to the "amount", the "shipping costs" or both (recommended).

However this fee isn't visible in the order total, the PayPal payment amount is corrected to the new value.

Added the Spanish language, and the functionality to show products in the order of Paypal, not only the store title.

Se agrego el idioma espaņol, y se agrego la funcionalidad de mostrar los productos en la orden de Paypal, no solo el titulo de la tienda.
