Really Easy HTML Title
for osCommerce Online Merchant v2.2

The following steps replace the title page in all catalog pages with same contents of navigation bar (without home and catalog and without links, of course).

For example: MyStore: Hardware - Printers - HPLJ1100XI

I added steps to remove the "Catalog" line from the top navigation bar, along with how to modify html_title to account for this change.
