If you've installed the pickup module for shipping, you can use this payment class.
It's the same as cod, i just renamed everything to cop...
just put the files in the corresponding directories and turn it on the admin.

Added Spanish and Catalan language!
FULL PACKAGE, includes previous english version cop.1.2 from sorinescu and dutch version.
This is just a dutch language file and its works fine.
For me, the previous two versions of file cop.php (includes/modules/payment) did not work, so I took file cod.php (contribution 1633, Christophe B) and renamed everything from "cod" to "cop" inside, and now it is ok.
Tested on 2.2-MS2.
Same effect as previous version, but small change in code to make it more nice.
Added shipping dependency to the module: choose from admin which shipping method allows this payment method.
